We are seeking a technically fluent, high-energy Business Development
Manager to accelerate U.S. market penetrationleveraging Epsilors mature
product heritage, ICEs U.S. manufacturing and defense credentials, and
existing customer relationships to drive new program wins and long-term
growth. This role is ideal for a proven builder - someone who can
operate independently, hunt for opportunity, and translate technical
capability into executable business while navigating long, complex
defense sales cycles. The position is remote-eligible within the U.S.,
with frequent travel to customers, trade shows, and industry events.
This is primarily a sales/capture role with end-to-end pipeline
ownership; marketing support activities are secondary with a team to
back you up.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Market Development & Sales Growth**
- Drive measurable sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and
primes, and defense-focused OEMs
- Establish ICEs presence in the U.S. market for advanced military
- Actively prospect new programs, platforms, and modernization
- Track defense budgets, program funding, and acquisition timelines to
**Customer Engagement & Marketing**
- Represent ICE at defense and aerospace trade shows, conferences, and
- Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships, uncover
- Deliver technically credible product briefings tailored to customer
- Gather and relay customer and competitive intelligence to
- Work with the rest of the marketing team to develop marketing
**Technical & Solution Selling**
- Develop sufficient technical mastery of battery chemistry, charging
lifecycle support to sell credibly
- Position ICE offerings against competitors based on performance,
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations to shape
**Capture, Proposals & CRM**
- Lead or support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ROMs, including pricing
- Manage opportunities through CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline,
- Communicate both detailed opportunity data and high-level business
- Operate independently under tight timelines while knowing when to
