We are currently hiring an On-Site Project Manager for a major project based in El Paso, Texas.
The primary responsibilities of an On-Site Project Manager include:
- Coordinating material offloading, verifying deliveries against work order takeoffs, and organizing materials within the on-site staging/warehouse area
- Planning installation pathways and coordinating efficient execution based on site conditions
- Leading pre-installation briefings with installation crew to align on scope, safety, and execution plans
- Managing third-party subcontract installers and maintaining strong on-site coordination throughout installations
- Meeting regularly with general contractors to conduct safety briefings and ensure site compliance
- Monitoring installations in real time to ensure quality standards and adherence to project specifications
- Identifying and resolving deficiencies on the spot while maintaining a running punch list of outstanding items
- Capturing site progress through photos and maintaining consistent field documentation
- Attending and contributing to weekly meetings with GC project managers and key stakeholders
- Coordinating site measures, product orders, and delivery schedules
- Resolving day-to-day challenges including delays, site conditions, and installation issues common in commercial construction
- Daily communication and updates to Inter-Co Project Management & Sales Team
As an On-Site Project Manager, you will operate in a highly hands-on role requiring a consistent presence near the job site, with a dedicated project office.

What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction field roles
- Exposure to large-scale commercial construction projects
- Superintendent or site leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working with General Contractors is considered an asset
- Background in wall protection would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of safety standards and certifications (OSHA or equivalent) would be considered an asset
- A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle
