Tooling Supervisor
Location: Williamsport, PA
Overview:
We are seeking a Tooling Supervisor to lead daily operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment supporting a leading healthcare/pharmaceutical client. This role is responsible for overseeing tooling processes, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise tooling technicians and coordinate daily workload
- Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and readiness of molds, dies, and tooling equipment
- Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process improvements
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Track tooling performance and implement preventive maintenance programs
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in tooling, maintenance, or manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of molds, dies, or precision tooling systems
- Experience in regulated environments (medical, pharma, or similar) preferred
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
