Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design, shape, and deliver scalable technology solutions that align business requirements with modern engineering practices. This role partners closely with engagement leaders, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into well-designed, secure, and resilient technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong software engineering background combined with architecture, integration, and stakeholder leadership experience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and business stakeholders to analyze current processes and lead process redesign initiatives
• Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional solution designs
• Partner with Technical Architects and engineering teams to define technical specifications for custom development and systems integration
• Lead and facilitate solution design and technical architecture discussions with internal teams and clients
• Recommend best practices, architectural patterns, and third-party solution alternatives aligned to business and technical goals
• Influence stakeholders and engineering teams toward scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective architecture decisions
• Support training design, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
• Provide architectural oversight during delivery, including participation in code and design reviews to ensure alignment with solution intent
• Balance business priorities, technical trade-offs, and delivery constraints in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar architecture-focused role
• 10 years of software development experience in enterprise environments
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs
• Experience with web-based, service-oriented, and enterprise application architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of Java-based ecosystems, modern databases, and integration technologies
• Experience working with RESTful services, APIs, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, client-facing environments
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture concepts
• Knowledge of software security, resiliency, and system reliability principles
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions or modern data-driven architectures
