What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Process Engineer position at IntePros?
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join a high-performing manufacturing engineering team within a complex production environment. This role is critical to driving process optimization, operational efficiency, quality improvement, and risk reduction across upstream processing operations.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in fluid processing systems, including heating, cooling, and material movement, and has a proven track record of working directly with equipment in live manufacturing settings. This is not a procedural or documentation-focused role—this position requires an engineer who is actively engaged on the plant floor, driving real-time improvements and owning process performance.
This individual will collaborate across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Reliability, Controls Engineering, and Supply Chain to enhance manufacturing performance, improve process capability, and support capital initiatives.
Location
This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to directly impact production performance. You will not be removed from the process—you will be deeply embedded in operations, working on real equipment, solving real problems, and driving tangible results.
If you are someone who prefers owning and improving live processes over purely procedural or documentation-driven work, this opportunity offers the platform to make a meaningful and visible impact.
