Location & Work Model
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Monday–Friday)
- Based in Green Bay, Wisconsin
- $10,000 relocation bonus
- Comprehensive relocation package for candidates relocating 50 miles
Leadership & Strategic Advisory
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Compensation team
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR partners, and business leaders
- Provide executive-level guidance on compensation strategy, governance, and complex decision-making
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and storytelling to influence business outcomes
- Translate business objectives into innovative compensation programs that drive performance, retention, and cost control
- Own base pay architecture, salary structures, and variable pay design cycles
- Lead annual compensation planning, including merit, bonus, promotions, and communications
- Govern off-cycle compensation actions to ensure internal equity and consistency
- Maintain compensation policies, job architecture alignment, and regulatory compliance
- Apply advanced analytics to inform compensation decisions, balancing competitiveness with fiscal discipline
- Direct market benchmarking and external data strategy to ensure strong market positioning
- Lead job leveling and pay equity analyses, including support for regulatory disclosures
- Partner with Finance and HR to develop KPIs, workforce insights, and compensation models
- Own Workday Compensation configuration, including enhancements, release management, and regression testing
- Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes and user experience
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and audit controls to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Ensure strong governance around data security and system accuracy
- Partner with HR Technology, Finance, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Present recommendations to executive leadership, navigating sensitive compensation matters with discretion and confidence
- Collaborate globally to stay aligned with emerging compensation trends and practices
- Manage vendor relationships, tools, and licenses to optimize performance and cost efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Finance, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced compensation design and strategy
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through complex, sensitive decisions
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Deep expertise in Workday Compensation configuration and administration
- Experience with pay equity analysis, regulatory compliance, and compensation governance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership with the ability to develop and mentor teams
- Global compensation experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
