Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for customer and resource management platforms
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and business outcomes
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs within an Agile delivery environment
- Drive delivery across multiple Agile squads and coordinate dependencies between teams
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions
- Support enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Field Service
- Marketing Cloud
- Customer portals
- Mobile functionality
- Scheduling and dispatching
- Mapping and resource management tools
- Translate operational and customer needs into product requirements and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, product demos, roadmap reviews, and release planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency
- Mentor and support team members within a product-led delivery model
- 6 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
- Hands-on experience working within Salesforce environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
- 4 years delivering products in a cross-functional, multi-squad environment
- 2 years of people leadership or team management experience
- Experience managing complex digital products and operational workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment
