Project Administrator (Contract-to-Hire | Onsite)
IntePros is seeking a Project Administrator to support a leading environmental engineering firm. This role provides administrative and accounting support for site investigation, remediation, and environmental management projects, working closely with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and accounting teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contracts and set up accurate project data (budgets, rates, scope, payment terms) in accounting systems
- Maintain project rate schedules, markups, taxes, and billing structures per contract terms
- Support project setup, job costing, revenue tracking, and monthly close activities
- Generate pre-bill reports and assist with invoicing (billing experience nice to have)
- Review expense reports, timesheets, and ensure accurate labor and cost allocation
- Track AR/AP related to projects and produce standard reports
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Contract administration experience required (professional services/engineering preferred)
- Knowledge of job costing and project revenue
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- BST experience preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
