- 2–4 years of experience in compliance, program management, legal operations, or a related field
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with risk, legal, or operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree may be required (or equivalent experience)
- Part of a centralized compliance function within a North America legal and risk organization (U.S. and Canada)
- Supports strategy, planning, and operational excellence initiatives
- Focus on regulatory programs, training, and compliance education
- Collaborative team environment working closely with legal, risk, and technical teams
- Role open due to temporary leave coverage
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and program execution
- Own and evolve training and onboarding programs across the organization
- Develop and maintain ongoing education initiatives, identifying new tools, teams, and opportunities for enablement
- Contribute to the redesign and standardization of training materials and delivery methods
- Build and manage content platforms (e.g., SharePoint) for training and compliance resources
- Assist in developing audit programs and compliance tracking mechanisms
- Monitor and interpret new regulations and policies, translating them into actionable guidance
- Disseminate compliance updates across business stakeholders
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for compliance programs
- Provide ad hoc compliance support, including:
- Process creation and simplification
- Operational support for business teams
- Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
- Partner with risk and legal teams to identify pain points and drive process improvements
- Support content overhaul initiatives aligned with compliance standards and guidance
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours (9am–5pm, flexible)
