- Lead Salesforce architecture, technical strategy, standards, and governance.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Lead enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, WebMethods, middleware, and external systems.
- Partner with business and IT leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical leads.
- 12 years IT experience with 10 years Salesforce development/architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
- Deep Experience Cloud architecture experience, including authentication, security, portals, and external users.
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, DevOps, and Copado.
- Strong communication, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
