Investment Operations Analyst

Intepros is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join our client in a collaborative private markets team supporting hedge fund investment activities. In this role, you'll work closely with wealth advisors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure investment transactions are processed accurately while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hedge funds, private equity, fund accounting, or investment operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of hedge fund subscriptions, redemptions, and investor transactions.
• Process transfers, pricing updates, capital activity, and investment holdings with a high level of accuracy.
• Serve as the primary liaison between wealth advisors and fund administrators to facilitate smooth transaction processing and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor daily investment activity, reconcile data, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel to analyze, track, and reconcile investment and operational data.
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
• Partner with senior team members to support ongoing operational initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting hedge funds, private equity, alternative investments, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with wealth advisors, investment managers, or fund administrators.
• Background in middle-office, back-office, or investment operations.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and operational workflows.
