Core Responsibilities
Global Logistics Operations
- Manage end-to-end forward logistics for internal B2B device orders across multiple global regions.
- Coordinate international shipments from the US, China, and Vietnam to APAC, EMEA, and AMEA markets.
- Partner with logistics vendors and freight providers to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and regional compliance requirements.
- Manage device certifications and regulatory documentation across multiple countries.
- Handle specialized shipping requirements, including battery and non-battery device regulations.
- Create, maintain, and enhance tracking systems and performance dashboards.
- Monitor shipment health, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.
- Leverage AI-powered productivity tools to optimize logistics processes, reporting, and insights.
- Work closely with internal operations, engineering, and business teams to support device fulfillment needs.
- Operate effectively within a cross-functional, startup-style team environment.
- Maintain clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
- 5 years of international logistics experience, supporting shipments from the US and/or Asia to global markets.
- Proven expertise in trade compliance and device certifications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and Quip.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools for process improvement and reporting.
- Knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations.
- Experience supporting B2B logistics operations.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, with limited domestic travel (1–2 trips annually).
- Bachelor’s degree required (Logistics or supply chain–related degree preferred).
- Logistics certifications such as CLTD or CTSI are a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
