This strategic leadership role will drive the standardization, optimization, and transformation of global finance and accounting processes while maximizing ERP capabilities, automation, and operational excellence.
This individual will partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT leaders worldwide to establish best practices, improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives.

This strategic leadership role will drive the standardization, optimization, and transformation of global finance and accounting processes while maximizing ERP capabilities, automation, and operational excellence.
This individual will partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT leaders worldwide to establish best practices, improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Record to Report (R2R) process strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize finance and accounting processes across global business units.
- Drive ERP optimization, automation, and technology-enabled process improvements.
- Partner with business and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions.
- Establish KPIs and governance to measure process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and master data governance.
- Support global system implementations, testing, training, and organizational change management.
- Promote shared services best practices and develop scalable processing capabilities across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting designation preferred.
- 7 years of accounting or finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes, financial controls, and accounting best practices.
- Experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementations, or large-scale process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of shared services, process governance, and change management.
- Experience with JD Edwards or other enterprise ERP platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence global cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
Salary : $156,000 - $190,000
