What You'll Do
- Support daily operations across Investment Management, Banking, and Loan service teams
- Process and review sensitive client information across multiple systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with account servicing activities including:
- Account openings and maintenance
- KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation
- Securities processing
- Cash activities and deposits
- Fee and tax-related processing
- Mortgage and loan origination, advances, and payments
- Account reconciliations and closures
- Manage document-related activities including scanning, filing, records maintenance, and vault management
- Process incoming and outgoing client correspondence, including checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements, and other client communications
- Provide operational and project support to various teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process critical information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, operations, or customer support environments
- Experience working with account documentation, data entry, or records management processes
- Experience supporting multiple workflows while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
