Client Services Representative – Treasury Services (FX & Payments)

We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join a global Treasury Services organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely, high-quality support while meeting service level and productivity standards. What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for daily client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide Level 1 support for issue identification, response, and resolution.
- Meet established productivity and performance targets while delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Identify and escalate urgent or complex matters to senior client service leadership as appropriate.
- Contribute to a “speak-up” culture by providing input into client service transformation initiatives.
- Complete required training, certifications, and learning journeys within defined timelines.
- Develop a strong understanding of organizational standards, policies, procedures, and Client Service tools and systems.
- Build and apply knowledge of the Treasury Services product suite and related operational flows to resolve client inquiries effectively.
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of total work experience, preferably in operations and/or client services.
- Self-motivated with a strong client-first mindset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a changing, fast-paced environment.
