Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of hedge fund subscriptions and redemptions for assigned funds.
- Process and track transfers, pricing updates, and investment holdings with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between wealth advisors and fund administrators to facilitate timely communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor investment activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure all transactions are completed within established deadlines.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, reconcile, and track operational data.
- Review documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards.
- Partner with senior team members to support daily operational activities and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting hedge fund operations, private equity, alternative investments, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and reconcile data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working directly with wealth advisors, investment managers, or fund administrators.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or middle/back-office financial operations.
