Our financial services client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Operations Analyst to support a dynamic portfolio of institutional and corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking or payments operations experience who enjoys solving problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing portfolio administration activities, supporting operational workflows, resolving client-impacting incidents, and driving process improvements across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage client onboarding activities, account maintenance, and portfolio administration workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client operational inquiries and support requests
• Partner with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to improve processes and reduce operational risk
• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate operational insights and trends
• Maintain accurate documentation, status tracking, and portfolio reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational control practices
What We’re Looking For:
• 2 years of experience in banking, payments operations, treasury services, cash management, or related environments
• Strong client service and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience:
• FX operations exposure (settlements, confirmations, funding, cutoffs, etc.)
• Experience with SWIFT messaging and/or ISO 20022
• Familiarity with incident management, workflow tools, or ticketing systems
• Experience partnering with technology teams on operational improvements or issue remediation
