Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic and operational partner to the Vice President, managing priorities, communications, and organizational initiatives.
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and materials for senior leadership audiences.
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), annual planning cycles, resource planning, and organizational goal management.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across business, technical, finance, recruiting, HR, and communications teams.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, reporting structures, and organizational processes.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, offsites, staff meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Track decisions, commitments, risks, and action items to ensure accountability and execution.
- Lead high-visibility projects and strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase organizational effectiveness.
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level business communications and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience leading cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, or business operations efforts (or MBA with 5 years of relevant experience).
- Previous experience supporting a Vice President or senior executive leader.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive business decisions and operational improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
- Experience supporting product, engineering, AI, machine learning, or technology organizations.
- Strategic planning and roadmap development experience.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Executive Support / Chief of Staff Experience – Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor and operational partner to VP-level leadership.
- Cross-Functional Program Leadership – Experience driving complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
- Data-Driven Business Operations – Ability to leverage metrics, reporting, and business insights to improve organizational performance.
