Change Management Analyst

Now Hiring: Change Management Analyst

We're looking for a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation program. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, analyze stakeholder data, track change readiness, and help drive successful deployments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management activities for enterprise deployments
• Analyze change impacts, stakeholder data, and business readiness
• Track change mitigation actions and business enablement activities
• Assist with communication planning and change readiness assessments
• Build reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with project teams, Change Leads, and business stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of professional experience (1 year supporting change management initiatives)
• Experience with change management methodologies and organizational readiness
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• ERP implementation experience preferred
