Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content by measuring customer response, usage, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor program health and feature adoption.
- Perform ad hoc deep dives to answer critical business questions about customer and operational behavior.
- Use data mining, segmentation, model building, and exploratory techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- SQL Expertise – Strong ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale complex datasets.
- Analytical Thinking – Deep dive mentality; ability to decompose business problems and develop actionable insights.
- Business Communication – Clear and effective communication of technical analysis to non-technical business stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (advanced level expected).
- Background in statistics, programming, and/or marketing.
- Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with data tools like SAS (preferred) and additional experience with Python is a plus.
- Proficiency with reporting platforms such as Quicksight and Smartsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical findings with business priorities.
