Key Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Design and execute test plans to verify system and process changes function as intended.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including test notes, examples, and supporting evidence for findings.
- Provide timely, well-documented feedback and recommendations on identified issues.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify error trends and communicate findings to relevant departments for corrective action.
- Develop and document system specifications or updates to resolve recurring issues.
- Recommend process improvements or workflow optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support assigned projects through analysis, testing, and documentation activities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) – required
- 3 years of experience in quality analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role
- High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data review or reporting tools
