This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring successful project delivery.

- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, including construction documents, lot-specific plans, revisions, and design initiatives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to meet project goals and timelines.
- Support design development by evaluating new architectural options, styles, and construction details.
- Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project execution and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and established workflows.
- Maintain project documentation, data management, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Provide project insights and recommendations that support business and operational decision-making.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical/vocational training.
- 5 years of architectural, construction, or related project management experience.
- 2 years of project or people management experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, architectural design, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, consultants, and remote stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor of Architecture or related degree.
- Residential homebuilding experience.
- Experience with SketchUp and BIM360.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across multiple teams.
