Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders and end users
- Lead strategic customer engagements focused on operational transformation through AI
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve workflows and business outcomes
- Translate customer pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Define project scope, desired outcomes, and success metrics
- Drive end-to-end ownership of customer engagements from initial discovery through deployment and adoption
- Partner with technical teams to ensure solution quality, reliability, and measurable business impact
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to execute customer initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Help prioritize initiatives and manage competing business requirements
- Support customer onboarding and user adoption activities
- Gather customer feedback to improve platform capabilities and solution offerings
- Iterate on deployed solutions to maximize customer value and ROI
- Analyze operational workflows and enterprise data environments
- Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements
- Support creation of business cases, ROI models, and executive presentations
- Experience leading complex client-facing projects or strategic initiatives
- Background in consulting, enterprise technology, AI solutions, product strategy, or digital transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or enterprise software solutions
- Exposure to workflow optimization, analytics, or operational transformation initiatives
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Python, SQL, R, or related technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise software deployments or customer implementations
