Ad Trafficking Specialist
IntePros is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ad Trafficking Specialist to support a high-volume live events portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring advertisements are accurately scheduled, delivered, and maintained across global live sports and entertainment events. The specialist will work closely with the traffic operations team to build commercial schedules, manage trafficking workflows, and uphold system accuracy during a period of unusually high demand.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong operational discipline, a passion for live sports, and hands-on experience trafficking ads in broadcast or streaming environments. The role includes building and organizing commercial schedules, maintaining trafficking systems, and partnering with the broader operations team to ensure flawless execution during live events.
Two Schedules Are Available
PM 1: M–F, 12 PM – 8 PM (in office 9 AM–5 PM; remote outside those hours)
PM 2: M–F, 4 PM – 12 AM (in office 9 AM–5 PM; remote outside those hours)

Key Responsibilities
Ad Trafficking & Scheduling
- Build and manage commercial ad schedules for live global events.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all trafficking details across assigned events.
- Maintain organization and structure within trafficking systems to support on-time delivery.
- Support the transition from current trafficking tools to an emerging internal system.
- Assist the traffic operations team in meeting global event timelines during a period of increased workload.
- Uphold data quality, system hygiene, and timely updates in all trafficking workflows.
- Manage high-volume tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Work both independently and collaboratively—receiving guidance, then executing work autonomously.
- Communicate effectively with the surrounding team to ensure alignment on scheduling and delivery expectations.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ad trafficking.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of broadcast or streaming platform environments (highly preferred).
- Passion for or strong understanding of sports content.
- Bachelor’s degree (nice to have).
- Experience with WideOrbit (nice to have).
- Ad Trafficking Experience – 3–5 years building ad schedules and managing trafficking workflows.
- Excel Proficiency – Strong ability to work with spreadsheets, tracking, and operational data.
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with broadcast or streaming platforms supporting live events.
