TITLE: Operations Specialist
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Inteplast Management Services Inc., located in Livingston, New Jersey (jobsite), is looking for a full-time Operations Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration and one-year related work experience. Job duties include analyzing business and operating procedures to devise the most efficient methods to accomplish operation functions, conducting cost-profit and linear regression analysis, developing simulation models to assess the efficiency of business operations, performing validation and testing of decision support models to ensure adequacy, using strategy development process matrix to improve the business operations, performing data mining on collected data and generating reports to assist management decision making, designing and implementing logistics processes to improve work flow and reduce operational costs, and preparing weekly and monthly performance reports to the management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration.
- One-year work experience in the job offered or as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze business and operating procedures to devise the most efficient methods to accomplish operation functions.
- Conduct cost-profit and linear regression analysis.
- Develop simulation models to assess the efficiency of business operations.
- Perform validation and testing of decision support models to ensure adequacy.
