Client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce IT Project Manager to lead the
planning, execution, and delivery of a Salesforce project for the Department of State / Secretary of State. The ideal
candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams (administrators, developers,
consultants), ensuring solutions meet business needs, adhere to best practices, and are delivered on time and within
Budget.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or
equivalent experience.
* Experience:
o Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
o Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
o Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
and Marketing Cloud.
o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira and Microsoft Project).
o Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
* Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
