Client is undergoing a major multi-year upgrade to replace its legacy Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The initiative is part of a broader statewide Health Information Technology (IT) modernization plan intended to improve data integrity, increase security, and streamline reporting for tests like newborn screening
Qualifications / Skills:
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within healthcare, public health, or laboratory environments
High proficiency with SQL and database management
High proficiency in technical writing, generating process documentation, wire framing and reports
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
Experience with LIMS platforms, healthcare data standards (HL7), or disease surveillance systems is desired but not mandatory
Salary : $55 - $60
