Responsibilities:
- Providing out-patient therapy to clients in a variety of treatment areas (specialties welcomed).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development as required by licensure.
- Uphold the practice’s mission to deliver intentional, client-centered care in a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
- Demonstrated skills in counseling, therapeutic interventions, and emotional support
- Competence in maintaining accurate client records and treatment plans
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment professionally
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening abilities
- Experience with evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
- Clinicians will maintain professional malpractice liability insurance and provide updated clearances (Details within contract)
