About the Role
Intention.ly is seeking an analytical, innovative, and results-oriented Paid Media Strategist to lead paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for developing high-performing paid media programs, driving campaign optimization, uncovering actionable insights, and serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

What You'll DoClient Strategy & Performance Leadership
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, video, and emerging channels aligned to client business objectives.
- Own the strategic direction and performance of client paid media programs, ensuring campaigns deliver against established KPIs and growth goals.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, and spend allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Analyze performance trends and proactively identify opportunities for optimization across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence client strategy and decision-making.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidance.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and strategic discussions.
- Support client onboarding and account transitions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Educate clients on platform developments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Contribute to team process improvement, and paid media best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Paid Media on account strategy, resource planning, and department initiatives.
- Support quality assurance efforts and help elevate the performance of the broader paid media team.
Performance Optimization & Innovation
- Lead testing initiatives across targeting, messaging, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, and platform capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging advertising platforms, AI tools, automation solutions, and measurement frameworks.
- Stay current on industry trends and platform updates across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
Reporting & Insights
- Utilize analytics, attribution, and reporting tools to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and performance reports.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations that connect channel performance to broader business objectives.
- Implement media measurement infrastructure, including GA4, GSC, GTM, ad platform conversion tracking, UTMs, offline conversions, and CRM-based reporting.
Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Partner with SEO, content, creative, marketing automation, and strategy teams to develop integrated client solutions.
- Ensure channel learnings and performance insights are shared across teams to maximize overall marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of paid media experience with a proven track record managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience managing annual advertising budgets of $500K .
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and performance marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated success using analytics and performance data to drive business results.
- Experience leading client relationships and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Search Certification required; additional certifications in Display, Video, or Analytics preferred.
- Experience managing Performance Max, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other paid social platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and advanced reporting solutions.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously strongly preferred.
Salary : $500,000
