Intensive Specialty Hospital is a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital. We provide cardiopulmonary care, ventilator and respiratory care, complex wound care, rehabilitation therapies, addiction medicine program, geriatric psychiatry program, multidisciplinary pain program, and outpatient counseling program. With four locations, Shreveport Campus, Bossier City Campus, Pierremont Campus, and North Campus, we are the largest provider of LTAC services in Northwest Louisiana.

Position Summary: Prepares and cooks meats, vegetable, soups, etc., for regular and modified diets and cafeteria/catering meal services. Serves regular and modified diet trays with ahigh degree of accuracy at patient meal service times. Maintains work area and equipment and supplies in a clean, sanitized and organized manner.

- High School Diploma
- 2 Years ecperience in quanity food preparation
- Must e htoroughly familiar with food and methods of preparation
- Must be able to follow standard recipes
- Must be able to red, write, and speak English
