Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our production process in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Carefully pack finished products according to specified guidelines and standards
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment or storage
- Maintain inventory of packing materials and notify supervisors when supplies are low
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Assist with other production tasks as needed to support team operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts or items
- Basic reading and math skills for following instructions and labeling
- Prior experience in packing or manufacturing is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
