Intense Collision Center is looking to add an Auto Body Technician to our team.

Up to $3000 Sign-On Bonus Offered (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs using advanced techniques such as MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to accurately repair and restore vehicles.
• Replace and repair auto glass components safely and efficiently while ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle.
• Assist with auto restoration projects by fabricating custom parts or modifications as needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while adhering to quality control protocols.
• Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs or adjustments when necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by explaining repair processes clearly and providing updates throughout the repair cycle.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in auto body repair techniques
• Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized auto body tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physically capable of standing for extended periods during repairs.
• Knowledge of auto restoration processes and experience working with custom fabrication or modifications is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Experience:
