ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Intempus Realty is seeking a full-time Assistance Property Manager for assistance in managing and performing administrative duties as an Onsite Assistant Property Manager for a Condominium Association in Miramar, Florida.
Job Overview:
The Onsite Assistant Property Manager (APM) plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the condominium community. This in-person role is focused on assisting the Property Manager with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the property. The APM serves as a vital liaison between residents, property owners, and the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational duties.
- Assist with tenant and owner communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Help coordinate leasing and move-in/move-out processes.
- Address resident concerns and service requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and documentation.
- Assist with inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, owners, contractors, and staff.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of residents, vendors, and property owners. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on service and communication
- Knowledge of condominium operations and association management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
- Ability to manage conflict professionally and diplomatically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on-site
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES include, but are not limited to:
- Managing work orders, maintenance and remodel projects for Maintenance department based on information from tenants, technicians, or owners.
- Manage Internal platforms (CINC, Synergy)
- Drafting Memos and/or making phone calls to Residents related to property issues and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Generating, mailing, and following up on past due payments / collection notices
- Aiding in the collection of assessments
Note: Candidate must agree to a credit and criminal background check prior to or during employment. Personal credit and background must be in good standing.
Hours & Commitment
This position is offered as a full-time position. Current typical hours of employment are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The APM may also be required to participate in the after‐hours “On‐Call Rotation” schedule for emergencies and helping to show properties on weekends or nights.
Employment is conditional and employee shall have a 90-day probation period.
Compensation
Compensation shall be salary per year. Intempus Realty pays on the 15thand 30th of every month. Timecards are due to your supervisor at the end of the day on Friday on the week prior to payroll.
Vehicle/Mileage
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proper insurance are necessary as occasional use of personal vehicle is required. Intempus Realty will reimburse mileage in accordance with the company’s standards when you use your vehicle for job‐related duties. Mileage reimbursement sheets are to be turned in on the first of each month.

Non‐Compete
Any offer of employment will be subject to the acceptance and execution of a Confidentiality and Non‐Compete Agreement. This agreement shall be provided to the prospective employee and employment shall not commence until a fully executed agreement is received from the Employee by Intempus Realty.
