Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities
- Observing residents' conditions and notifying the nursing team
- Monitoring and reporting vital signs
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and ADLs
- Repositioning residents and transporting them around the facility
- Liaising between staff, residents, and family members
- Engaging with residents and responding to their needs
- Being accountable to follow care plans and applicable laws
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures
- Detail-oriented communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs
