- STNA pay: $19 to $36 per hour

Job Responsibilities
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care to our post-acute residents. This includes:
- Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents
- Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team
- Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents
- Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and clearing areas of hazards
- Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day
- Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships
- Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies
- Bridging communications between, and among, staff and residents (and their family members)
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at IntelyCare, you'll need:
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology
- Ability to communicate with medical professionals as well as patients/residents and their family members
- High level of attention to detail
- Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs
