Role And Responsibilities
- Co-lead the eCommerce strategy, business planning, analytics, and experience for the Shop Client's App team
- Lead and manage the bottoms-up planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with category management, performance marketing, product and finance teams for the planning process and manage all program approvals from key internal stakeholders
- Lead product launch planning and forecasting for flagship products with a high degree of accuracy
- Lead highly functional and agile business planning and cross-functional teams
- Perform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implications
- Lead strategy to drive app acquisition, activation, engagement & retention
- Measure new app installs and define strategy to grow the active install base and reduce churn
- Lead & execute the App push notification strategy. identify the target customer segment and personalize merchandising strategy to them to achieve high click through rates
