We’re hiring a Program Manager – Partnerships Operations to build and scale a senior expert fellowship program.
This is a highly external-facing role where you’ll engage with senior academic leaders, institutional stakeholders, and domain experts, driving adoption of advanced technologies in clinical and scientific domains.
Ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys building programs from 0 → scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch a high-impact fellowship program for senior experts
- Build and manage relationships with senior faculty and institutional leaders
- Own full lifecycle: identify → engage → onboard → scale fellows
- Shape external positioning and reputation of the program
- Partner cross-functionally with research, product, legal, and operations teams
- Enable fellows to drive real-world adoption and advocacy
- Build scalable processes and frameworks
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years in Program / Project Management
- Experience managing senior external stakeholders (execs, faculty, institutions)
- Strong track record in partnership-driven programs
- Ability to navigate ambiguity & competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in academic relations / university partnerships / fellowship programs
- Exposure to healthcare / clinical / regulated environments
- Experience with AI/ML or research organizations
- Experience building programs from pilot to scale
- Advanced degree
Salary : $90 - $100
