Intellisteel Group is transforming the future of construction through precision-engineered cold-formed steel (CFS) framing systems. We are seeking motivated Steel Assembly Technician I team members to join our growing manufacturing operation in Groveland, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in manufacturing. You'll receive hands-on training while working with advanced equipment and experienced team members to produce high-quality cold-formed steel wall panels and building components.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up production lines to run steel framing materials.
• Assemble cold-formed steel wall panels and building components according to production drawings and work instructions.
• Operate basic production equipment and assist machine operators as needed.
• Measure, align, and fasten steel components using hand and power tools.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment after training.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following all company safety procedures.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Assist with material movement, staging, packaging, and shipping preparation.
• Perform other production duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic measuring tools.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time-2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm Mon.-Friday

Experience
