Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior analytic interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
- Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field (e.g., RBT certification)
- 0 years of experience in ABA or related field (new graduates welcome!)
- Ability to work part-time schedule (flexible hours, including evenings and weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to clients' homes
