As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver behavioral therapy services to children in their homes. Our RBTs are employed to implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs, collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms, and collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs to promote positive behavior change in children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices
- A certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (e.g., autism, behavioral therapy)
- 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
