Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician, your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA, collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress towards goals, assisting in developing care plans tailored to individual needs, educating clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions, and collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care.
