Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager located in Charlotte, NC. Establish and maintain strong ties with local pediatricians, psychologists, and referral partners to support community outreach and increase awareness of ABA services. Coordinate client-facing events such as sensory days, open houses, and community events to foster community engagement and family support. The individual will be essential in driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth and development of the region. The role also entails developing strategic plans, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction.
