Role Overview:

Data Management Lead (VP), you are responsible for the accuracy, data integrity, and readiness of client data across the end-to-end production lifecycle. Acting as the final sign off prior to CRIMS trading and downstream client and regulatory reporting, you will provide independent judgement on data quality, operational risk, and control effectiveness, ensuring client confidence and regulatory soundness. Requirements and Qualific

ations· Significant experience within investment operations, data operations, asset servicing, or Alpha / front to back investment platforms, with proven accountability for data integrity and production readiness at

scale· Experience working across Front Office, Middle Office, Technology, Risk, and external vendors, with the credibility to challenge and influence senior stakeh

olders· Experience in a regulated financial services environment, with exposure to audits, regulatory enquiries, and formal risk gover

nance.· Familiarity with CRIMS or equivalent trading / IBOR / downstream reporting platforms (or demonstrably transferable exper

tise).· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expe
