We’ve got some exciting news: we’re growing our team! We’re currently looking for a compassionate, full-time Medical Assistant to join us at our East Islip location in Nassau County.
A little about the role:
As our new Medical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our physicians and providing top-notch patient care. Your day-to-day might include:
- Taking vital signs and gathering patient history
- Assisting with biopsies and some minor procedures
- Drawing blood, doing EKGs, and collecting specimens
- Communicating clearly with both patients and the medical team
If you’re comfortable with E-Clinical Works EMR, medical Spanish, and have some hands-on clinical experience, that’s a big plus!

Education: High school diploma is a must; some college is a bonus

Experience: At least 1 year in a primary care setting as a Medical Assistant

Certification: Certified Medical Assistant? Even better!

- Speaks Spanish (very important!)
- Is available to work one Saturday a month
- Is a great communicator and a team player
- Pays attention to the little things
- Can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
- Truly cares about patients and anticipates the needs of our physicians
