Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to support multiple business lines and help scale Corporate hiring across North America. In this role, you will be the trusted talent advisor to hiring teams, owning recruitment strategies end-to-end and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and sourcing teams to build high-performing teams and ensure every hire makes a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, guiding them through complex hiring situations, competing priorities, and sensitive matters with thoughtful, business-aligned, and empathetic solutions.
- Regularly analyze and validate hiring data using established dashboards and reports.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for hiring teams.
- Leverage market intelligence to advise hiring managers on potential bottlenecks and create strategies to influence candidate decisions.
- Understand cross-functional dependencies (Mobility, Compensation, Immigration, etc.) and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Continuously evaluate the talent assessment process and collaborate with hiring managers to remove obstacles.
- Apply strong talent mapping skills to understand talent distribution and build effective, tailored pipeline strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ICIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting
- Previous experience hiring for legal or finance roles is a plus
- Strong ability to interpret data and apply insights to hiring decisions
- Experience partnering with senior-level leaders and seasoned professional candidates
- Track record of hiring in organizations committed to building a diverse workforce
