Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
- In this role, you will design and execute high-impact initiatives that transform our support experience. You will leverage data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and create scalable processes. You will also support and optimize HR systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP) while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless end-to-end HR lifecycle experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute initiatives that define and enhance the customer support experience
- Improve operational performance using quantitative analysis: issue identification, root-cause diagnosis, and improvement rollouts
- Build, define, and optimize KPIs and support metrics to drive accountability and success
- Convert customer data into actionable insights to improve product, support, and operations
- Serve as the subject matter expert on best-in-class support practices
- Drive continuous improvements across support infrastructure and processes
- Partner with regional and global teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain customer-facing content aligned with our voice, tone, and brand
- Support HR systems operations with strong expertise in Oracle, Workday, SAP, and HRIS management
- Ensure HR data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and support end-to-end HR lifecycle processes
- Work with absence plans (PTO, sick leave, statutory leave, sabbatical, etc.) including setup, configuration, and regional variations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Absence Plans (PTO, sick leave, statutory, sabbatical, etc.) — must-have
- Experience setting up and managing absence plans in HR systems across multiple regions
- Strong HRIS expertise: Oracle, Workday, SAP
- Minimum 4 years of project/program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience building processes that scale across a large organization
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives using data-driven insights
- Strong analytical skills and proven success using data to guide decisions
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to drive execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Experience in process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance
- Background in customer experience strategy or customer service environments
