Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track permits and Traffic Control Plan (TCP) applications.
- Monitor permit renewals and ensure compliance with government requirements.
- Process and audit contractor invoices for accuracy.
- Create and manage purchase order requisitions in Oracle Fusion.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and government agencies.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payments.
- Maintain permit, invoice, and project records.
- Support Reliability projects, including emergency and planned maintenance activities.
Requirements
- 3 years of administrative, project coordination, permitting, or utility/construction support experience.
- Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
