Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator II

Location: Dallas, TX

Type: Contract (12 Months, Possible Extension/Conversion)

Job Description:

Delivers HR administration activities to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, staff, managers, and internal HR colleagues. Supports the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the assigned region or client group. The role primarily focuses on simpler TA delivery activities such as interview scheduling, under direction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Coordinates debriefing schedules.

Recruitment and Interview Process:

• Builds recruitment system knowledge.
• Follows instructions to assist with full-cycle coordination of recruiting and onboarding processes (from requisition through hiring).
• Schedules candidate interviews and manages interview logistics.
• Responds to basic queries from employees, managers, and external institutes.
• Maintains the candidate database within the candidate tracking system.
• Provides regular and relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress.
• Ensures compliance with requisitions.

Collaboration:

• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an efficient, accurate, and high-touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Responds to basic queries and requests from line managers and employees related to Talent Acquisition activities.
• Supports team members with ad hoc administrative requests as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• 2–4 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
