- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), staffing levels, service availability, and operational efficiency.
- Investigate operational anomalies, identify root causes, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular onsite visits to operational facilities to assess processes, coordinate activities, and support issue resolution.
- Support ongoing projects, process improvements, and regional operational initiatives.
- Prepare reports, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, engineering, and vendor partners.
- Experience in program management, operations management, logistics, fleet operations, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience tracking KPIs, monitoring performance, and preparing operational reports.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on operational coordination and regular onsite visits to operational facilities.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, tracking service levels, and monitoring third-party performance.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with data queries.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and process improvement techniques.
- Experience supporting operational launches, scaling initiatives, or multi-location programs.
