Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer on the Trading Infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining high-performance trading systems. You’ll ensure system reliability, deploy trading applications, and contribute to the development of DevOps tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot live trading infrastructure
- Maintain daily trading pipelines and system health
- Execute deployments of trading systems
- Build and improve internal DevOps tools
- Manage operational risk during change control in production environments
- Handle other assigned duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Solid experience with Linux systems and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management (e.g., ELK, Splunk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond quickly to incidents in a production environment
- Understanding of networking, system security, and automation best practices
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required due to frequent collaboration with Mandarin-speaking teams in China
