Job Description：

· Respond to seller inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, shipments, orders, and account health.

· Provide detailed and accurate information to sellers regarding FBT policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.

· Document interactions and resolutions in the support system.

· Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.

· Maintain a high level of seller satisfaction by ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.

Job Requirements：

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with seller platforms and services is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software tools.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
